浴77569摘要 浴77569 摘要 本文简述了我国医药制造行业技术创新的历史及现状，分析了我国医药制造企 业与国外成熟医药企业在技术创新水平上的差距，阐述了高技术创新水平所可能带 来的竞争优势和低技术创新水平所可能引发的问题，并由此论证了完善我国医药制 造行业技术创新的重要性。 为从定量的角度更为详尽地了解我国医药制造行业技术创新水平的实际情况， 探索合理化配置医药制造行业技术创新资源的方式，本文以计量经济学建模的方法 为研究手段，以医药制造行业近年来的年度数据为研究样本，以固定资产、RD投 入费用和劳动等三个变量为研究对象，建立了用于解释技术创新主要影响因素对于 行业发展的促进作用的生产函数模型；并根据此基础模型建立了三个相关的衍生模 型以用于解释我国医药制造行业的生产实际。 本文对于所建立的各种模型中参数的经济意义作出了详细的阐述，根据各种模 型的回归结果对我国医药制造行业技术创新的发展状况进行了分析，着重就我国医 药制造行业的技术进步类型进行了相应的研究，并提出了将所建立模型的结果应用 于我国医药制造行业中具体企业的思路。文章最后依据前面的分析结果，对于技术 创新主要影响因素的相互关系以及它们对行业发展贡献的大小做出了评价，并就在 未来如何合理化配置我国医药制造行业技术创新资源提出了自己的见解。 关键词： 医药制造业技术创新计量模型 III 来经{F再、导舜嗣．嚣 匆垒文公布 AbstractIn Abstract In this thesis．the author has made a concise description of the historical and current situation of technolo画cal innovation of Chinese medical and 0harmaceutical products industry；analyized the disparity in technological innovation level between Chinese medical enterprises and fbrei弘ones；illustrated the competitive advantages led by hi曲er technological innovation level and possible problems led by lower technological innovation level；consequently．demonstrated the importance of consummating the technological innovation ofChinese medical and pharmaceutical products industry． With a view to understanding the actual situation oftechnological innovation level of Chinese medical and pharmaceufical products industry in detail from the quantitive aspect and questing for the reasonable method to apportion the technological innovmion resources of medical and pharmaceutical products industry,the author uses econometric Models as studying means；selects the annual data of medical and pharmaceutical products industry as studying sample；chooses three variables，namely，the fixed assets， the expenditure of R＆D and the labor,as stuying object．Basing on this work．the author estabfishes the production function that iS used to explain how the major elements facilitate the development of Chinese medical and pharmaceutical products industry． Basing on this primary production func
