AbstractId Abstract Id like to elucidate the necessity and feasibility of establishing Family Court in our country． The first part begins witll the definition of Family Court．Then。family cases,of the objects of Family Court,are systematically recounted．Despite of different prescription for the range of family cases in different counties，it is basically accepted that identical a嘲such as matrimonial cases,parental cases，and bring-up cas镐， should be included．Therefore specific judicatory and social function of Family Court is determined and the features of Family Court are discovered． In the seco
