针对企业集群这 针对企业集群这 更多的是从企业集群的整体出发，做出企业集群发展的系统性研究，包括企 业集群的形成机制、运行机理以及集群创新等。本文则是针对群内的中小企 业个体进行研究，特别是对于集群型中小企业在技术创新方面的优势分析， 并且借助于案例进行实证分析。这对于我国中小企业如何突破发展瓶颈，更 好的适应全球化经济的发展，具有重要的现实指导意义。 本文首先对现有相关理论的系统分析总结，然后通过对集群型中小企业 技术创新的动力机制、运行机制、风险机制的研究分析，进一步得出集群型 中小企业技术创新的优势与不足并作出系统归纳和总结。随后，针对企业集 群内的个体，将中小企业技术创新的过程进行细化，使得读者充分认识到技 术创新活动是如何开展并做到有效运行。这对于我国中小企业特别是集群型 中小企业在技术创新方面有积极的引导作用，为促进我国中小企业企业集群 的良性发展提供了保证。 论文的创新之处在于，立足前人研究的基础上，利用多种方法，探讨和 研究企业集群和中刁淦业技术创新的内在关系，剖析集群型中小企业技术创 新的特征和运行机制，以及通过引用“一体化技术创新模式理论对集群型 中小企业技术创新的过程分析，为企业集群内部的中小企业个体在开展技术 创新活动提供理论参考和决策依据，以及结合“武侯鞋都的实证分析，最 终得出从企业自身和政府官方两个角度考虑的集群型中小企业技术创新的对 策和建议。 关键词：集群型中小企业技术创新一体化创新模型武侯鞋都对 策和建议 Many Many scholars around the world have been studied on dusters as the ne％v organizational model，and made a systematic study on the development of clusters． For example，the formation mechanism，operation mechanism，cluster innovation． This paper is a study of individual SMEs in dusters，especially study Oil the advantages of cluster-based SMEs in technological innovation and USe a case for empirical analysis．It is important practical significance to break through the bottleneck of SME development and adapt to globalization and economic development． Firstly，this thesis summarized the existing theories and studied on the dynamic mechanism,operating mechanism，risk mechanism of Cluster-based SMEsTechnology Innovation． So the advantages and disadvantages of Cluster-based SMEs’Technology Innovation is concluded．Secondly，the article has studied on the process of technological innovation SO that the reader be fully aware ofhow to carry out innovation activities and to achieve effective operation． The innovation of this paper is that exploring and stud如ng the intrinsic relationship between the clusters and technological innovation of SMEs and using ‘The Integrated Innovation Model’’to study on the process of the cluster-based SMEs’technological innovation．So We can obtain the references and decision theory of carrying out technological innovation activitie
