机械制造行业团队成员心理契约研究摘要 机械制造行业团队成员心理契约研究 摘要 机械制造行业作为装备制造业的核心，因其本身的性质和所处环境更是面临 着诸多挑战，需要加强自主创新、增强自身的竞争能力。在此背景下，构建一支 优秀的团队就显得至关重要了。而优秀团队的特质即团队成员之间的合作、互动 和协同发展。因此如何从心理契约角度来研究我国机械制造行业团队成员之间的 关系，从而建立高效、成功的团队，对我国机械制造行业的发展有着重要的参考 价值。 本文结合国内外相关理论及文献的研究，提出了研究假设。通过采用文献分 析法、个人访谈、焦点小组座谈等方法编制调查问卷。经过信、效度分析后，选 取我国机械制造行业员工进行实证研究，提出了我国机械制造行业团队成员心理 契约的内容、维度和类型。研究表明：我国机械制造行业团队成员心理契约的内 容与其它组织是有所不同的，团队责任涵盖三个维度——成长维度、环境维度和 工作维度，成员责任则涵盖——成长维度、规范维度和工作维度。其类型主要表 现为：团队组织责任高一团队成员责任高。 最后，基于研究结果，再结合实际情况对我国机械制造行业团队管理进行了 分析和讨论，并给出了具体的建议。 关键词：机械制造行业；工作团队；心理契约；验证性因子分析 Research Research on Psychological Contract of Workteam Members of Machinery Manufacturing Industry ABSTRACT Machinery manufacturing industry,勰core of equipment manufacturing industry is suffering many challenges owing to its own nature and surroundings，which entails strengthening of independent innovation together、析tll enhancement of competitiveness．Under this context，it’S a necessity to build a successful workteam． And workteam is about team members’cooperation,interaction and synergic development．Hence，it would be of certam significance to conduct investigation into the relationships among workteam members served in Claims machinery manufacturing industry from perspective of psychological contract concept in a bid to construct a highly efficientsuccessful workteam． The thesis firstly proposes hypotheses combining relevant theories、析th document studies at home and abroad．Secondly,designs questionnaire inventories by means of literature analysis，personal interviews，focus group discussions and other techniques． Then,it comes out with content，dimentions and typology of workteam members’ psychological contract of China’S machinery manufacturing industry via empirical research by sampling its staff after pretesting reliabilityvalidity of the questionnaire．Research results suggests that content of workteam members’ psychological contract of Chinas machinery manufacturing industry is different from those of other organizations or industri
