┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 装 ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 订 ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 线 ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 毕业设计（论文）报告纸 共 页 第 页 宝鸡市污水处理厂工程设计 摘 要 本设计的主要内容是宝鸡市污水处理厂的设计，拟建污水厂的设计规模是90000m3/d，主要处理生活及少量工业污水。污水生化处理部分采用了Carrousel 2000氧化沟处理工艺，污泥处理工艺为污泥浓缩脱水工艺。该污水厂的设计处理流程为：入水经过粗格栅进入泵房，由泵房流入细格栅，之后进入沉砂池，厌氧池，氧化沟，二沉池，最后出水；污泥处理的流程为：从二沉池排出的剩余污泥首先进入浓缩池，进行污泥浓缩，然后进入贮泥池，经过浓缩的污泥再送至带式压滤机，进一步脱水后，运至垃圾填埋场。 本工艺设计具有的优势：（1）具有独特的水力流动特点，有利于活性污泥的生物凝聚作用（2）不设初沉池，有机性悬浮物在氧化沟内能达到好氧稳定的程度。（3）BOD负荷低，使氧化沟具有对水温，水质，水量的变动有较强的适应性，污泥产率低，勿需进行硝化处理。（4）脱氮效果还能进一步提高。（5）电耗较小，运行费用低。 设计结果表明：污水处理厂处理后的出水达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》（GB18918-2002）中的所要求的标准。 关键词：Carrousel 2000氧化沟工艺，脱氮除磷，污水处理，工艺设计 The process design of Baoji wastewater treatment plant ABSTRACT This project design is the wastewater treatment plant process design of Baoji City, dealing with domestic sewage and few industrial wastewater with designed scale of 90000m3/d. The Carrousel 2000 oxidation ditch treatment process is applied for wastewater treatement and the sludge thickening and dewatering process is used for sludge treatment process. The whole designed wastewater treatment process is that influent pass through the coarse screens, pumping station, fine screens, grit removal chamber, oxidation ditch, secondary sedimentation tank, and disinfecting tank in sequence. The sludge treatment process is that the sludge from the secondary sedimentation tank is discharged into the concentration tank first, for enrichment, and then goes into the storage basins. After concentrated, the sludge is transported to the belt pressure filter for dewatering, and finally transported to the landfill. This process design has some advantages including: (1) a unique hydraulic flow characteristics, benefiting active sludge biological cohesion; (2) without first settling tank and higher stale level of organic suspended solids in aerobic oxidation ditch; (3) low loading of BOD with strong adaptability for variations of water temperature, water quality and quantity intoxidation ditch, and low sludge yield, unnece
