第 PAGE v 页 生产480万吨生铁 （其中炼钢生铁85%，铸造生铁15%） 的高炉炼铁车间工艺设计 专 业：冶金工程专业 姓 名： 张 琼 指导老师： 王 苗 设计总说明 钢铁厂一般是指具有炼铁、炼钢及轧钢的完整生产周期的冶金工厂。高炉炼铁车间是为炼钢提供原材料的车间组织。 本次毕业设计的题目为设计一座年产480万吨生铁（其中炼钢生铁85%，铸造生铁15%）的高炉炼铁车间工艺设计，本设计的主要任务包括高炉配料计算、高炉本体设计、料运系统方案设计、高炉炉顶设备设计、高炉鼓风机的选择、热风炉设计计算、渣铁处理系统及煤气处理系统设计及其车间平面布置等几大部分，并对部分工艺流程进行了说明。 本设计涉及到的计算部分为高炉配料计算、高炉内型计算、高炉砌砖计算以及鼓风机和内燃式热风炉的相关计算。其中高炉设计部分和热风炉设计部分是本次设计的主要部分。 本设计涉及到的设备选择包括高炉设备的选择、高炉供料系统的设备选择、鼓风机的选择、渣铁处理系统及煤气处理系统设备选择。 关键词：高炉,热风炉,工艺设计,设备 DESIGN A BLAST FURNACE IRONMAKING PROCESS WORKSHOP WITH ANNUAL OUTPUT OF 3.2 MILLION TONS OF PIG IRON (OF WHICH 85% IS STEEL-MAKING PIG IRON, AND 15% IS CAST IRON ) Specialty:Metallurgical Engineering Name:zhang qiong Director:wang miao Design General Information Steel is generally refers to a iron, steel rolling and complete production cycle of metallurgical plants. Blast furnace steelmaking provide raw materials for workshop is the workshop. The graduation design for the design of a topic of iron 4.8 million tons of iron and steel (15%) iron casting 85% of the blast furnace process design, the design workshop, the main task of the blast furnace body design calculation, ingredients, system design, blast furnace roof equipment design, selection of air blower, blast design calculation, slag processing system and gas processing of iron and workshop layout design system, and on the part of the process. The part of the BF includes the BF internal size calculation , the brick design, cooling system and BF construction design etc. The heat stove part inclube calculation of the thermic transfor of the heat stove ,the construction design, calculation of blower machine. These two parts are the main parts of the ironmaking design. The other process includes the slag and hot meatal treating system ,air-balst and blowing system off gas treating system and the layout for transportation in the plant area.
