Screening of Potential Organic Pollutants in Water by Using Compound Composer Software Li-Fei Zhang*, Li Zhou, Shuang-Xin Shi, Liang Dong, Ting Zhang, Ye-Ru Huang National Research Center for Environmental Analysis and Measurement,100029,Beijin Surface water samples collected from rivers and lakes of Nantong, Suzhou, and Wuxi city, Jiangsu Province, were screened and determined for potential organic pollutants by using compound composer software from Shimadzu Corporation. The results indicate that a total of 47 organic pollutants were detected in the water samples, with 4-methyl-2,6-di-t-butylphenol the most highest concentration. Phthalate esters and
