百合组培快繁技术研究-河南农业科学.PDF

DOI :10.15933/j.cnki.1004 -3268.2004.05.019 2004 年第5 期 ＊ 王永江, 张振臣 , 张丽芳, 乔　奇,靳秀兰 (, 450002) :以食用百合鳞片作外植体,以MS 为基本培养基, 对其组培快繁技术进行了研究。结果 表 ,适宜的芽诱导培养基为MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA+1.0 mg/L KT;适宜 的快繁培养基为MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.01 mg/L NAA+0.5 mg/L KT;适宜的生根培养 基为MS+0.1 mg/L IBA;芽诱导和快繁较适宜的条件为光照 16 h/d、温度(25 ±1)℃;在光 照 12 h/d、温度(25 ±1)℃条件下较易生根。 :百合;组织培养;快繁 :S644.1　　:A 　　:1004-3268(2004)05-0055-04 Studies on the Technique of Tissue ulture and Rapid Propagation of Lily ＊ WANG Yong-jiang,ZHANG Zhen-chen ,ZHANG Li-fang,QIAO Qi,JIN Xiu-lan (Plant Protection Institute of Henan Academy of Agricultural Sciences,Zhengzhou 450002, hina) Abstract:Using the edible bulb of Lilum from xinyang as the explant,a method for rapid propaga- tion of Lily was established,based on MS medium.Among 16 medium combinations with NAA, KT and 6-BA concentrations, the appropriate mediums for inducing adventitious buds was MS+ 1.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.1mg/L NAA+1.0 mg/L KT;The best optimum medium for differentia- tion and subculture was MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.01 mg/L NAA+0.5 mg/L KT .The best medium for rooting was MS+0.1 mg/L IBA.The appropriate calture condition for bud induce and rapid propagation was light period of 16 h and temp of (25±1)℃.
