Analysis of region- al economic disparities from the county scale can effectively provide the basis for regional development and planning. However, at present, there is a lack of related studies not only on the convergence and divergence of regional economic disparities but also on the spatial interaction types of counties in Fujian Province. Fac- ing this gap of research, taking the per capita GDP as a measure index, the county as the basic research unit, adopting the traditional statistical analysis method combined with ESDA, this paper focuses on the evolution of temporal and spatial pattern of county economic difference in Fujian province from 2005 to 2013 from three aspects including time, space, and the relevance in support of ArcGIS and SPSS and other software.
