主减速器拆装实验报告   汽车拆装实习报告   实习地点机械工程学院实习时间XX年7月4日-7日   学院机械工程学院班级车辆工程0812   姓名学号XX   指导老师刘长寿胡景煌陈宁林开荣   成绩   XX年7月8日   目录   一、实习目的意义及注意事项·····························································1   实习目的····················································································1   实习要求····················································································1   实习设备和工具·········································································3   注意事项························································ ····························3   二、实习内容························································································5   拆装前的准备工作·····································································5   变速器的拆装·············································································5   后桥的拆装·················································································7   发动机外部各装置、机件的拆卸··············································9   发动机的拆卸···········································································10   发动机总体安装·······································································14   三、实习结果······················································································15   四、实习总结与体会···········································································17   北京广播电视大学专门化试训   主减速器实训报告   1   2   减速器拆装实验报告   姓名:吴奇班级:徐工机械112学号:   减速器的主体结构   减速器为二级减速装置。箱体采用剖分式,便于安装和加工。箱体和底座用螺栓连接成一体,每个轴承底座都有凸台的设计目的是增强轴承轴的刚性。   拆卸时发现小齿轮和轴为一体,大齿轮为组合式,轴的两端用轴承支持。   上箱体的外形用四个筋板和两个起吊孔分别起到增加箱体刚度的作用,箱体上有观察孔此孔可以观察到齿轮的啮合情况   并可以通过此孔向箱体内加   润滑油。在上面有通气孔,   通气孔可调节由于高速运转   生热膨胀造成内外压强差。   在底座前方有油面指示器,   可方便的查看箱体内润滑油   的高度。在油面指示器的下   方有放油螺栓可以排放污油   和清洗液。   在箱体和底座上成对角的方向有两个定位销,在装配是起到定位作用。   减速器的装配   一,减速器与轴的安装   1,选取轴,齿轮和A型关键。   2,用砂纸去除零件表面的毛刺及锐边。   3,测量键和轴上键槽的尺寸并进行适当的尺寸精度修配,要求键和轴上键槽的两侧面为过盈配合。   4,修配键槽的圆头便于安装。   5,将A型平键用虎钳夹入槽内要求键的底面要和键槽的底面接触,安装时要用铜片保护键的表面。   6,用锤子加上垫片将轴压入设计的位置。   二,对轴齿轮进行检测   1,将安装好的输出轴齿轮部件放在V型架上使轴和平板平行   2,把圆柱规放在轮齿中间,将百分表触头抵在圆柱规上此时有一
