油压马达座数控加工工艺及专用夹具的设计.doc

广西工学院鹿山学院毕业设计说明书 PAGE PAGE 31 摘 要 油压马达已在工业、农业、国防和日常生活中的方面得到广泛应用。特别是在农业中则为突出。农业产品的很多动力来源是油压马达，产品性能的提高要求高科技含量的金属模具和金属性能。油压马达座制品的成型方法很多。其主要有铸造，锻模，锻造和冲压成型等。而铸造，锻造约占成型总数的60%以上。 我国的数控技术从无到有、从偏到精，有了长足的发展特别是改革开放以来我国数控加工技术的研究和开发呈现出一片前所未有的新气象数控加工技术已广泛用于机械制造业中，也在飞机、潜艇、卫星等高科技领域上使用。我国是数控机床消费大国，但是，我国数控加工技术的研究和开发还跟不上国内机械业发展的需求，我国每年需进口超过我国数控机床总产值的数控机床，说明了这一点，我国数控加工技术的研究和开发还有大量的工作要做。 本设计主要是油压马达座进行数控加工。对加工工艺编程进行详细的分析和说明。其中特别是工艺路线的拟定和切削用量的选择。 为了满足机床的加工非规则、难加工的零件的需要，使该机床具备快速装夹工件、生产效率高、定心基准可靠。可以适应同类型不同规格典型工件变化范围大的特点，我们为此设定了专用夹具。在夹具设计是我对夹具的设计方案和设计过程进行了严密的阐述。 本课题通过研究油压马达座的数控加工工艺及专用夹具的设计，希望通过利用先进的数控加工技术来提高我国零件的质量，从而提高我国数控机床的竞争力和市场占有率。 关键词：工艺编程、切削用量、夹具。 Abstract Plastic products in industry, agriculture, defence and aspects of daily life are widely used.
