Supply chain management includes managing supply and demand, sourcing raw materials and parts, manufacturing and assembly, warehousing and inventory tracking, order entry and order management, distribution across all channels, and delivery to the customers. In the 21 century, as a latest management model, supply chain management (SCM) has become the focal point of global management arena, with increasingly globalized economy and modern technology revolution especially in the information technology area. Supply chain management has been adopted widely among enterprises in developed economies and playing strategic role. Like ERP, supply chain management must rely on information technology to realize. ■ The core of supply chain management information technology is that information technology must be set up based on the supply chain run efficiently， orienting to customers demand, keeping the information in the same standard for sharing. Compare with the traditional management infoimation technology, supply chain management information technology is special in searching and strengthening enterprise core competitive power, keeping the information sending on supply chain in the same standard for sharing. To realize the enterprise supply chain management information technology, some aspects must be considered, including how to integrate SCM with BPR，how to manage the SCM project and how to set up the IT infrastructure.
