Thank You ! * Presented by : Vincent Chen Before audit you should prepare….( 稽核前…) Open meeting(起始會議) During the auditing(稽核進行中) Close meeting(結束會議) After audit you should follow up….(稽核後…) Agenda An audit plan with detail agenda, scope, schedule….., and notice to the auditee in advance. (擬定稽核計畫) Audit checklist, QSA QPA, SCAR, CIP…and well preview. (Checklist準備與詳讀) The previous audit history. (過往歷史資料) Traffic arrangement set up a suitable schedule (交通安排) The recent big issue of the auditee. (最近異常) Before audit you should prepare Greeting (認識與互換名片 ) Introducing the audit agenda and purpose of the audit, our expectation, and our requirement.. (簡介稽核目的與行程) Briefly introduce supplier company profile, organization, process flow chart… (供應商簡介) Well arrange the auditee candidate and the schedule (與陪稽人員按表操課) Open meeting Based on the audit agenda, item by item, control the schedule is very important.(控制時間) Simply ask the item you want to know, never ask Yes/No question, ask deeply how? Why? Why? Pls show me. To get the root cause and check the evidence.(開放式問答How…並至少問二個Why…) Write down the nonconformity clearly with where, who, what, when, ..(詳實紀錄人事時地物) Clearly deliver what you think and want, don’t need to make conclusion once both have different opinion.(充分溝通問題與建議) During the auditing First express our appreciation for this audit .(注意禮節) Say some advantage or strength of the auditee. (先禮後兵) Then item by item describe the findings. They may be nonconformities, may be only suggestions. Anyway all of them auditee must reply root cause and corrective action within a specified time periods.(重點敘述發現問題點) Ask whether they have any comment about this audit, if yes suitably response to their comment. If it’s hard to answer just bring the question back and response later.(詢問對稽核活動或問題點之意見 ) Ask vendor to have an internal review meeting after this audit.(受稽單位稽後內部檢討) Remind ag
