管式加热炉毕业设计.doc

摘 要 本设计首先对管式加热炉进行了工艺设计，包括对管式加热炉的辐射段的工艺设计、对流段的工艺设计、烟囱的工艺设计。在辐射段的工艺设计中重点确定了辐射段的工作温度，辐射段的高度及其直径和辐射段的管排数，并确定了辐射段的油料进出口温度及辐射段热负荷及表面热强度；在对流段的工艺设计中重点设计对流段的物料进出口温度，对流段的长度、宽度和对流段的管排数以及每排的根数，确定了对流段的热负荷及表面热强度和对流管内外膜的传热系数；在烟囱的设计中重点设计了烟囱的高度及其直径。其次，进行管式加热炉的结构设计，分别对加热炉的炉管、钉头管、炉墙、吹灰器、、看火门、防爆门等结构进行了结构的选取，在选取吊钩时本设计进行了改进，以往的吊钩比较笨重，结构也复杂，为此本设计选用了炉管吊钩结构。通过结构选取进一步确定管式加热炉的各部分零件的尺寸规格及其结构形式。本设计又对管式换热器的余热回收进行了几种方案的讨论，从而得出余热回收效率较高的一种方案。 关键词 ：管式换热器；管式加热炉；辐射段；对流段；炉管 Abstract The first design of the furnace is the process design,including the design process of the radiation the design process in the furnace convection、he design of the chimney.the design process of the radiation focus on the design of the temperature of the radiation, the height of the radiation, its diameter and the pipe ranked number,and to determine the temperature of the oil import and of the surface of the radiation and the heat load of the radiation and the heat intensity; the design process of the convection focus on the design of the temperature materials the convection import andexport , of the convection the length, width and the number of rows of the convection and each rows of numbers, determined of the heat load convection and the heat intensity of the surface and the heat transfer coefficient of inside and outside the film of the convection; The design of the chimney focus on designing the height and the diameter of the chimney.
