’1007586J垃都中医药大学硕}：学位论文 ’1007586 J垃都中医药大学硕}：学位论文 中文摘要 黄体功能不健(Lutcal Phase Deficiency,LPD，又称黄体功能不足或不全，黄体期缺 陷)是指排卵后黄体形成不全．分泌孕酮不足，或黄体过早退化，从而引起月经不调、 不孕、早期流产或反复早期流产或经前期综合征等。中医学古籍中无“黄体功能不健” 的名称，现代中医妇科学根据其临床表现将“无子”、“月经不调”、“崩漏”、“胎漏”、 “滑胎”等均类属于LPD的范畴。中医学认为其病因病机与情志因素、淫邪因素、生 活与体质因素等引起肾、肝、脾功能失常、气血失调，影响到冲任失调有关。治疗则分 别从辨证分型论治、辨病专方治疗、中药周期疗法、针灸治疗、针药联合治疗、中西医 结合治疗等几方面进行。现代中医妇科学结合西医学理论与实践对LPD进行了大量的 实验和临床研究。西医治疗着重于刺激黄体功能和促进卵泡发育。笔者通过查阅大量文 献，拟将近10多年来中西医对LPD的研究概况作一综述，并介绍导师对黄体功能不健 病因病机的认识及其临床治疗经验：通过对现有文献资料的分析，笔者还提出了当前 IJPD的研究中存在的问题和展望。 关键词：黄体功能不健；中西医结合；实验研究；临床研究；综述，学位论文 成都中医药大学硕’1：学位论文Abstract 成都中医药大学硕’1：学位论文 Abstract Luteal phase deficiency is that the corpus luteum grows unhealthily and can not excrete enough progesterone after ovulating or the corpus luteum degenerates prematurely， which Causes some diseases sucB as irregular menses，sterility in female，early abortion，or early abortion repeatedly or premenarche syndrome,etc．There is no record of‘‘LPD”in TCM，but according to its clinical appearance it can be ascribed to“sterility in female“、 “irregular menses”、“metro／rhagia and metrostaxis”and”habitual abortion,etc．According to the knowledge of gynecology of TCM，many factors such as the disturbance of sentiment，exogenous pathogenic factors，living and body constitution caIl cause the dysfunction of the Kidney、the Liver、the Spleen、qi and blood and Chongren．Its therapeutic methods include syndrome or disease differentiation and treatment、special recipe of TCM、herbal therapy on artificial menstrual cycle、combined treatment of TCM and western medicine、acupuncture therapy．According to the konwlege and clinic practice of present gynecology of TCM and western medicine，many people take considerable empirical studiees and clinicaI researches about LPD．Its treatment of western medicine focuses on stimulating luteal phase and promoting ovlation．The author summarizes the advancemcnt of reseaches of TCM and western medicine about LPD in last 10 years through refcring lot of literatures．And there
