Keywords： building engineering； Concrete structure； Reinforcement method； application 中图分类号：K826. 16文献标识码：A文章编号： 为确保建筑物的安全性能和使用寿命，就必须加强砼结 构的日常养护和加固工作，又因为在建筑物使用时，难免会 因为多种因素影响建筑的砼结构的承载力，为提升和恢复砼 结构的承载力，同样需要对其进行加固。由此可见，就建筑 工程中砼结构加固方法的应用进行探讨具有十分重要的意 义。以下笔者结合自身工作实践经验，谈谈建筑工程中应用 的砼结构加固方法。 一、建筑工程中砼结构常规加固方法的应用分析 在建筑工程中，砼结构常规加固方法主要有增大截面 法、增加支承点、钢板粘贴法、砼置换法、外包钢法、锚 法、预应力法等加固方式方法。在建筑工程中应用这些方法 加固砼结构，不仅能很好的提高建筑砼结构的稳定性和承载 力，还能在节约成本的同时提高建筑物的安全性和使用性 能。以下笔者就这几种砼结构加做出以下分析 能。以下笔者就这几种砼结构加 做出以下分析 ）增大截面法 该方法在轮结构加固中最为常用，具体做法就是：在建 筑物的构件外部外包砼，并增加该构件的截面面积与配筋数 量，以提升构件的承载力的结构加固方法。在建筑工程中应 用这一砼结构加固方法具有施工工艺简便和适用范围广的 特点，因而被广泛用于建筑砼结构中的梁、柱、板、墙等的 加固。但应用这一方法具有较大的湿作业量，需要较长的施 工和养护时间。此外，还对结构外观和构筑物空间也有一定 的影响。 （二） 增加支承点 应用这一方法主要是用于减少结构的计算跨度，以改善 结构的内力分布，从而提升其承载力的结构加固法。主要适 用于那些构筑物的净空没有限制的跨度较大的梁板、网架等 的加固，应用该方法具有简单可靠的优点，而缺点就是使用 的空间会受到一定的限制。根
