1·38 · 中国免疫学杂志2002 年第 18 卷 ·实用临床免疫学· 选择性 IgA 缺乏症的免疫学和临床表现( 附28 例报告) ( ) 金静君 　薛士杰 　何 　萍 　胡 　洁 　 福建省医学科学研究所免疫研究室 ,福州 350001 　　中国图书分类号 　R55303 　　文献标识码 　A 　　文章编号 　1000484X( 2002) ( ) 摘 　要 　目的 :探讨选择性 IgA 缺乏症 Selective IgA Deficiency ,SIgAD 病人的发病规律及免疫学、临床表现。方法 : 以单向 免疫扩散法及酶联免疫吸附试验测定血清 IgG、IgA 、IgM 、IgE , 以间接免疫荧光法检测抗核抗体, 以PHA 淋巴细胞转化试验形态 学检查法测定细胞免疫功能。结果 :28 例患者血清 IgA 低于 01 gL ,且 IgG、IgA 、IgM 、IgE 基本正常 ;4091 %的 SIgAD 患者血清 抗核抗体阳性 ;6667 %的患者淋巴细胞转化率低于正常;临床表现主要以自身免疫性疾病最为多见 ,呼吸道感染、消化系统疾 病次之。结论 :SIgAD 患者常伴有其他免疫学检查的异常 ,临床上易合并自身免疫病。 关键词 　免疫球蛋白 　选择性 IgA 缺乏症 　自身免疫性疾病 The immunological and clinical manifestation of selective IgA deficiency JIN JingJun ,XUE ShiJie , HE Ping et al . Methods : Single radial immunodiffusion tech nique was emploied to determine serum IgG、IgA 、IgM and the enzymelinked immunosorbent assay( ELISA) had been used to measure serum ( ) IgE;antiunclear antibodies ANA were test with indirect immunofluorescence technique ,cellular immunity was test with lymphocyte translation ( ) assay. Results :Tweenty eight patients with selective IgA deficiency were seen during the last tween years IgA 1 gL ,all with normal levels of ( ) IgG、IgM and IgE. Of which about 4091 % were antinucler antibodies ANA positive and about 66. 67 % had a low rate of lymphocyte trans lation. The chief clinical manifestation were those of autoimmune disease
