Research on plant protec tion for loess cutting slope of highw ay is one of the important problems that are being studied recently. Based on it, the main styles of plant protection for loess cutting slope of highw ay built and being built are analyzed and plant protection effects for the loess highcutting slope are discussed. At the same time, the major prob lems existed in plant protection are analyzed so that the conclusions can be referenced for the loess cutting slope during the highw ay construction in other loess areas.
