分类号U 分类号 U D C 密圾 公 最 一 Z秀萨夕乎 硕士研究生学位论文 美国高校CIO体制发展研究 申请人：蜘 学 号：2120513 培料位： 教育糊宄院 学科专业：高等教育学 研究方向：高蝴原理 指导教师i胡娇 完成日期：2015年3月30日 万方数据 ||Illl ||Illl Ilql IH U lIIIIIIIII IIl Y2770946 中文摘要 一 中文摘要 本论文采用文献计量法，对搜索到的有关CIO体制论文，分别从文献数量、 期刊分布、作者分布等方面进行统计分析，找到本论文的研究方向和目的。第一 章运用文献法和比较分析法，论述了美国高校CIO体制中关于高校CIO的学 历、年龄、头衔、角色分析、职责、应具备的素质等方面的发展研究，全面了解 高校CIO其人的各个方面。第二章应用个案分析法，论述美国高校CIO体制中 三个最具代表的模型即美国加州大学伯克利分校的校长责任制的经典模型、芝加 哥大学的辅助型模型以及威斯康星大学麦迪逊分校通过rr重组形成DOIT的 CIO体制模型，使我国高校能够认清美国高校CIO体制。在第三章中论述了美 国高校引入CIO体制在CIO角色定位、CIO人才选拔培养、CIO职能和应具备 素质等方面的经验。从我国现阶段高校信息化出现的问题出发，指明了CIO体制 中国化是我国建设CIO体制的可选择路径。 关键词：美国高校；CIO； CIO体制：发展研究 万方数据 黑龙江大学硕士学位论文Abstract 黑龙江大学硕士学位论文 Abstract This paper uses the bibliometric method to analyze the literature about CIO Institution from the following aspects：paper amounts，periodical distributions， author distributions etc．，finding the research directions and aims of this paper．Chapter one，谢dl the methods of literature and comparative analysis，this paper discusses the CIO in the CIO Institution in American colleges and universities from the following aspects：education background；age；rifle；analysis of roles；responsibility； and quality．the CIO Was understood at all aspects ofthe CIO Institution．In Chapter two， 谢廿l the case analysis method，this paper discusses three representative CIO models in colleges and universities：Classic CIO Institution model in UC Berkeley；Assistive CIO Institution model in the university of Chicago；．CIO Institution model reformed IT departments into DOIT of Madison，which makes our colleges and universities more effective recognize the CIO Institution in colleges and universities in the United States． In Chapter three，this paper introduced the CIO roles definition，CIO selection，training， the responsibility and quality in the CIO Institution．Taking into account the problems of colleges and universities informationize in Our COunUy,we can rcal娩e that the CIO Institution of colleges and universities having Chinese characteristics：
