农业科技创新人才培养视野下的
研究生校园文化建设问题研究
——以华中农业大学为例

摘 要：阐述了校园文化建设在农业科技创新人才培养过程中的作用，以研究生校园文化建设较为成熟
的华中农业大学为例，归纳剖析了该校以学术文化为重点，倡导学术创新；以群体文化为基础，丰富校园
文化；以社团组织文化为抓手，促进团学育人；以实践文化为导向，追求协同创新等经验与做法。总结提
出了强化思想认识、健全管理机构、加强政产学研用良性互动、改善人才培养条件等具体建议，以期为国
内农林院校研究生校园文化建设、高层次农业科技创新人才培养提供借鉴。

Abstract: Describedtheconstructionofcampusculturecultivationintheprocessofagriculturalscienceand
technologyinnovationtalents,graduatestudents,theconstructionofcampuscultureofmatureofHuazhong
AgriculturalUniversityforexample,concludedtheschoolacademiccultureasthefocus,advocatingacademic
innovation;tomasscultureasthefoundation,therichcampusculture;theorganizationcultureasthestarting
point,thedelegationscienceeducation;topracticecultureoriented,thepursuitofinnovation,someexperience
and practice. Summarized and established strengthen the ideological construction, perfect management
mechanism, strengthen the education and research, improve the benign interaction of talent cultivation
conditionsandotherspecificadvice,inordertoprovidevaluableexperienceandreferenceoftechnological
innovationtalenthighlevelsofagriculturalculture,campuscultureconstructionofagriculturalandforestry
universitiesinChina.
