Meanwhile, the experimental group and the control group were set up with the former having the psycho- logical training. Then a test on the personality of vocational college students was made before and after the training. The result shows that the psychological training has improved students’ personality in the short term . Discussing the effect of psychological training camp on personality of vocational college students has a positive impact on the psychological education of vocational colleges.
