万方数据 万方数据 The spray dusting atomization mechanism of coal mine and simulation research Abstract Nozzle is a kind of widely used in mechanical engineering and mining engineering of key components, it has been developing towards the trend of high performance spraying .In coal mine, when using the wet dusting in order to achieve efficient and economic effect of the dusting, some scholars has made some previouss studies for the spraying performance of the nozzle in coal mine about the working parameters and structure parameters of the coal nozzle . this paper, on the basis of this research,considering the influent factors of nozzles holes phenomena,and made a simulation study and expriment for internal flow filed and outflow flow filed of coal nozzle. Firstly,this paper made a research for the nature of liquid atomization process from the angle of atomization mechanism of nozzle,Reveal the fact that the atomization is led by fluids fracture under the action of the internal and external forces. Secondly, take the pressure swirl atomizer as the research object,took a simulation research to the movements situation of the internal fluid and to explore its internal fluid motion law,get the influence conclude about the working pressure of nozzle of coal mine and the diameter size of nozzle, which used to guide the rational use of coal nozzle. In addition, in order to multi-angle and comprehensive exploration the efficients spray situation about coal nozzle, this paper also make a research from the angle of reducing the nozzle tone holes phenomenon and the liquid atomization gas liquid two phase flow field , through the simulation study about the nozzle of K coefficient get conclution, the nozzle of K coefficient can effectively inhibit the holes phenomena of nozzle tone , of which in a great extent, improve the efficiency of the nozzle spraying .Through the simulation study about nozzle flow field of gas liquid two phase flow obtained the best position of dust c
