 高速干切滚齿工艺系统切削热全过程传递 模型# 杨潇,曹华军,陈永鹏,张成龙,周力** 5 10 15 20 25 30 35 40 (重庆大学 机械传动国家重点实验室,重庆 400030) 摘要:高速干切滚齿工艺消除了切削油/液使用导致的生态环境污染和工人职业健康危害等 问题,是一种高效率、低成本、低能耗和绿色环保的齿轮制造工艺。高速干切滚齿工艺区别 于传统湿式滚切工艺,其切削热传递规律有着自身的特点,需要从切削热发生与传递全过程 分析其对滚刀寿命、工件热变形以及机床加工空间温度场的影响。根据干切滚刀周期性断续 传热特性,综合考虑切削热在切屑、工件、干切滚刀、冷却介质以及滚齿机床加工空间的传 递规律,本文提出将高速干切滚齿工艺系统切削热的发生与传递全过程划分为三个阶段的研 究思想,从关系模型和热传递方程两个层面建立了高速干切滚齿工艺系统切削热全过程传热 模型,包括切削接触界面热传递、切削区域热传递和机床加工空间热传递三个阶段的模型, 最后对模型进行了应用研究,分析了高速干切滚齿工艺系统切削热的传递规律。 关键词:高速干式滚切;切削热;三阶段传热 中图分类号:TG501.4 Whole Process Cutting Heat Transfer Model for High-Speed Dry Hobbing YANG Xiao, CAO Huajun, CHEN Yongpeng, ZHANG Chenglong, ZHOU Li (State Key Lab of Mechanical Transmission, Chongqing University, Chongqing 400030, China) Abstract: High-speed dry hobbing eliminates the influence of cutting oil/liquid, which leads to ecological environment pollution and workers occupational health hazards. Moreover, it is a kind of high efficiency, low cost, low energy consumption and green environmental protection gear manufacturing process. In terms of cutting heat transfer law, high-speed dry hobbing is clearly different from traditional wet hobbing process and has its own characteristics. It is needed to analysis its impact on hob life, workpiece thermal deformation and machine tool processing space temperature field from entire process of cutting heat’s generation and transfer. According to periodic intermittent heat transfer characteristics of dry hob, and making comprehensive consideration for transfer laws of cutting heat among chip, workpiece, dry hob, cooling medium and machine tool working space, a new idea of three-stage heat transfer is put forward,which applies to whole process cutting heat transfer for high-speed dry hobbing. The whole process heat transfer model is established from two aspects of using relational model and heat transfer equation, which refers to heat transfer of cutting contact interface, heat transfer of cutting regions and heat transfer of machine tool working
