高级管理人员工商管理硕士 （EMBA) 学位论文 我国民用航空维修业的发展战略 作 者 李刚 年 级 2004 级 学 号指导教师 李一鸣教授 定稿时间 2007年4月 西南财经大学 民用航空维修的特性，以及面临的机会、威胁和存在的优势和劣势， 明确我国民用航空维修业在国际间的定位和分工，制定产业发展方 向，提升我国民用航空维修业竞争能力，为我屆民用航空维修业的发 展总结一些具有可操作性的建议。希望通过此研究，为我国航空维修 产业发展提供一些思路。 本文第一章主要介绍民用航空维修业的特点和目前我国民用航 空维修业的概况，第二章通过分析宏观经济发展形势和我国民用航空 维修业要面临的外部环境，说明我国民用航空维修业正是朝阳产业。 第三章分析了我国民用航空维修业行业国际国内的行业状况，以及现 在、未来的市场容量。第四章通过分析我国民用航空维修业内部环境， 说明我国大力发展民用航空维修产业已具备技术、人力等基础条件。 第五章和第六章主要是通过SWOT分析选择我国民用航空维修业发展 的战略和战略目标，以及实施战略的方法和风险控制。 关键词：民用航空维修；发展战略；环境分析；核心技术 Abstract In past years, China gain quickly economy development GDP has an annual growth rate of more than 10% since 2002.Chinese economy and social development need the civil aviation development. Increased economic growth generally leads to increased civil aviation development. It is showed from statistic made by CAAC that aircrafts registered in China expanded 572 aircrafts in 2000 to 1039 aircrafts in Dec 31,2006, which expanded 483 sets in five years. According to Boeing Forecast, China would expand civil aircrafts to 18090 sets in 2020，becoming the second largest air transportation country. The fast increasing national civil aviation has begun driving MRO market development. According to datas analyzed by CAAC, costs used on aircraft mamtenance have been over 2 billion us dollars. Now, international original oil price increas has made great operation pressure for civil aviation. Lowing operation cost has become the key for competition witii other airlines. Aircraft maintenance is one of important factor which influence the safety of aircraft. Expense used on MRO is 10%-20% in total cost for airlines. Fierce competition leads to more short maintenance period and higher quality for MRO. Now Boeing and Airbus aircraft introduced by our country have adopted many new technology and material.
