英文摘要Subject： 英文摘要 Subject： Study on the air foam corrosion inhibitor Speciality：Applied chemistry Name：Zhao Yuanpeng Instructor：Gno Xuehui ABS’l’量tACrI’ Foam system has been widely used to drill，wash drill and flood in the process of exploitation of oil and gas fields，especially,it is a system to air foam system that contains a large amount of oxygen makes the equipment and pipeline severely corroded in the process of application．At present，anti—corrosion of air foam don’t too much report．To solve the problem，according to the field practice and the relevant references in china and abroad，air foam corrosion inhibitor has been come up、舫th． Main contents ofthe paper ale as follows： A stable foam formula,which is resistance temperature of 80 degrees and is suited to running water and oilfield-produced water,0．5％JY-l+0．5％betaine type amphoteric surfactant+0．05％nonionic PAM800，is obtained through a large number of lab experiments according to Waring Blneder method． Corrosion inhibitors of a better compatibility、)~，itll air foam system ale selected through Waring Blneder method． High temperature and pressure dynamic mixing reaction apparams simulates high temperature and pressure corrosion environment．The inhibitive effect of air foam inhibitor iS evaluated by weight loss method．The best formula is 0．5％JY-l+0．5％betaine type amphoteric surfactant+O．05％nomomc PAM800+300mg／L inhibitorl 2一S+300mg／L imidazoline corrosion inkibitor9．When inhibitorl2．S and imidazoline corrosion inhibitor9 ale 1：1 mixture and their total numers are 600mg／L，inhibition rate exceeds 95％．Temperature and corrosion reaction time are the main factors that affect the effects of air foam inhibitor． By the method including electrochemical test,experimental datas are analyzed and inhibition mechanisms that inhibitor adsorpts on steel surface and is a mixed type inhibitor，which control anode and cathode processes at once，are put forward． Keywords：Air foam Corrosion inhibitor Foaming agent Inhibition m
