江苏大学硕士学位论文Abstract 江苏大学硕士学位论文 Abstract The Third Plenum of the 16th National Congress of CPC clearly presented the important thought of”adhering to”putting people first”，bufldmg the comprehensive， balanced and sustainable development concept，and promoting economic and social development and all-round development of human being”．This“scientific outlook on developmentput forward the social development concept of sticking to”putting people first”．It is scientific conclusion of my party’S third generation leaders who observes pragmatic scientific approach summing up the experience of SUCCESS and failure on the road of socialism development home and abroad,based on combination of the theory of Marxism with the actual conditions of China．It is also the inheritance and development of Marxist”putting people first”thought． Marxist”putting people first”thought goes back to ancient times．It is continuation of the positive results of past thinkers，which reveals the human nature，lays the theoretical foundation of truly realizing communism．In Marxist views，the history progress and the human development is the mutually coordinated process，yet communist society is”peoples full and free development as the basic principles of the social forms”． If we want to understand the Marxist‘putting people first”thought,we must first make clear what is the definition and nature of people，and profound connotation of this thought．For the essential nature of”people”，Marx surpassed the thought of Hegel and Feuerbach，combining the natural and social nature，common and personality of human being．Marxist‘putting people first”thought inherited the spirit of Western humanism， and draw on the positive dements of humanitarian so that he accelerated this theory to a new height． Any philosophical principle has its origin in history，as does Marxist‘putting people first”thought．It mainly comes from the utopian socialim theory，the cultural traditions of Western humanism and Feuerbachian humanism ideas．Mar
