大连理工大学专业学位硕士学位论文摘 大连理工大学专业学位硕士学位论文 摘 要 作业成本管理是现代企业成本管理的先进理念和方法，它的运用和发展可以使企业管 理深入到作业层次，合理计算作业成本和产品成本，有效进行成本控制和经营决策。同时， 由于现代企业业务的高度复杂性，作业成本管理的应用必须利用计算机软件技术和信息技 术。目前基于机械制造业的作业成本管理的理论和应用都比较成熟，与此适应的作业成本 管理系统也屡见不鲜，但对于其在非标准制造业的理论和应用都还处于探索阶段，特别是 针对煤炭企业的作业成本管理理论和方法还很不成熟，基于煤炭企业的作业成本管理系统 的研究基本上处于空白。为此，利用计算机软件技术和信息技术，构建煤炭企业作业成本 管理系统，一方面可以完善作业成本管理在煤炭企业的行业应用理论，另一方面可以加速 作业成本管理在煤炭企业的具体应用。 本文运用作业成本管理、软件工程、计算机软件技术、信息技术等理论和技术，针对 煤炭企业的成本管理的具体实务和特点，构建了煤炭企业作业成本管理系统。本文首先结 合作业成本管理的基本原理和我国煤炭企业成本管理的现状，对在我国煤炭企业中实施作 业成本管理系统进行了需求分析，提出了针对我国煤炭企业实施作业成本管理的较合理的 解决方案。其次，运用结构化的分析和设计方法，对煤炭企业作业成本管理系统进行了流 程分析、功能规范和软件设计。以上诸方面都在平顶山煤业集团六矿进行了具体应用和实 施。 关键词：煤炭企业；作业成本管理；管理信息系统；企业信息化；软件技术 姜海虹：煤炭企业作业成本管理系统设计与实现Designing 姜海虹：煤炭企业作业成本管理系统设计与实现 Designing and Achieving of Activity—Based Costing Management in Coal Enterprise Abstract Activity-Based Costing Management(ABCM)is advanced thought and me血od，but it’S using must require software and information tcchaology．Since ABCM’S theory and methodology study targeted t0 standard manufacturing is comparatively matured．珊li】e its theory and appfied stuay On other industries is far behind enough，especially on coal enterprise．For the above mentioned reasons，structuring the ABCM system based on coal mdllstry is quite theoretically and practically valuable． Through sufficiently applying series of theories and techniques involving activity-based management，software engineering，software technique and information technology and SO on,the author studies in depth on the practice and difference ofABCM and establishes the ABCM system applied in coal enterprises．Firstly，the paper combines the basic principle of ABC managemem and the present situation of coal enterprise’S cost management and analyses the demand for the appficafion of ABC management system in coal enterprise．On the basis of that，the paper offers the solution to the application of ABC management in coal enterprise．Secondly，the p印口designs the software of management information system of ABC by applying the method of struct
