施工企业基层党组织建设存在的问题及对策 摘要：随着经济建设的发展，建设项目越来越多， 施工企业在做强做大的同时，伴随着现代企业制度和法人治 理结构的建立和完善，施工企业基层党组织建设面临新的严 峻的挑战。又因为建筑施工是一个流动性较大、施工周期较 长、施工环境条件差、劳动强度大的行业，并且企业施工地 点多、战线长、范围大，在市场经济竞争十分激烈的今天， 还呈现出工期紧、工作量大、质量服务要求高等特点。在这 样的一个前提下，怎样把施工企业职工的思想凝聚起来，高 标准、高质量圆满的完成施工企业的各项经济技术指标，以 及成为建筑施工企业面临的严峻紧迫的现实问题，也是加大 施工企业基层党组织建设改革力度的当务之急。本文就施工 企业党组织建设中存在的问题及对策进行简单地阐述分析。 关键词：施工企业；基层党组织建设；现状；对策 Abstract： with the development of economic construction, more and more construction projects, the construction enterprise to do strongly does at the same time, along with the modern enterprise system and the establishment and perfection of the legal person governance structure, the construction of grassroots party organizations construction faces new challenges.
