摘 摘 要 传统的工业化、现代化偏重于物质财富的增长而忽视了生态环境的保护，单纯的把 自然界看成人类生存和发展的索取对象。在这种发展观的影响下，我们创造了经济增长 的奇迹，积累了丰富的物质财富，但也为此付出了巨大代价。然而生态产业 (Eco——jndus仃y)就是产业生态学，是--17探讨产业系统与经济系统以及它们同自然生 态系统相互关系的跨学科研究的科学。它运用生态学和经济学原理与方法，以环境承载 力和环境协调性为出发点，建立起来的自然生态系统与经济、社会系统整体、和谐、高 效运行的绿色网络型产业。生态产业以协调社会进步、经济发展和环境保护为主要目标， 最终达到生态效益、经济效益和社会效益的统一。本文采用经济增长与环境保护相统一 的思想，来探讨发展生态产业的新思路，探索生态产业的实现途径和推进措施。遵循上 述分析思路，本文主要从以下几个方面展开论述。第一部分对生态产业的相关概念及分 类作了分析，通过这章我们可以知道什么是生态产业，以及生态产业都包含哪些产业。 第二部分通过对生态产业形成成因——生态危机的分析，找出了解决生态危机的理论指 导——马克思主义生态观，第三部分提出建设生态产业的原则和模式选择，通过这一章 让可以很明确的知道如何建设生态产业。第四部分提出了生态产业建设的战略，通过生 态产业的设计和相关政策作支撑和保障，实现生态产业建设是切实可行的。最后，对全 文进行了总结。 关键词：生态产业，生态产业建设，生态危机，循环经济，清洁生产，环保产业 Philosophy Philosophy of Ecological Industry in the Perspective of Marxism Wang Chen(Philosophy of Marxism) Directed by Prof．Jiang Hua Abstract An increase of material wealth is laid particular stress on during the traditional industrialization and modernization process while the eco—environment protection is neglected， or rather；the nature is simply treated as what the human beings Can fetch from to survive． Under this view of development，the economic development grows miraculously,、7l，itll abundant material wealth wildly accumulated；however,huge price is also paid accordingly． This paper talks about Eco—industry,known as industrial ecology,which is a kind of inter discipline science referring to industrial system，economic system and their relations to the eco．environment．On the principle of ecology and economy,it aims at setting up a green industry based on environmental carrying capacity and environmental coordination，in which， the ecosystem，the economic system as well as the social system work efficiently and harmoniously．Thus，the Eco—industry peruses the balance among the social progress，the economical progress and the environment protection，SO as to consolidate the benefits from the ecosystem，the economy and the society．Following the idea of unifying the economical growth and environment protection，the paper discusses the realization
