摘 摘 要 本文以美国高等教育捐赠为切入点，通过追溯美国高等教育捐赠发展的历 史，从而分析影响美国高等教育捐赠发展的内外因素，并结合美国捐赠资金高效 的管理策略，试图总结出美国高等教育捐赠发展的规律特点，反观我国高等教育 捐赠发展的现状，通过部分要素的比较，试图得到有益的经验以供借鉴。 全文分为五章： 第一章：美国高等教育捐赠史发展。将美国高等教育发展史分成四个阶段， 介绍各时期美国高等教育捐赠发展状况，并结合当时社会背景，分析影响教育捐 赠发展的重要因素。 第二章：美国高等教育捐赠现状。本章搜集了大量有关美国高教捐赠情况的 资料，初步分析了美国高教捐赠发展的现状及特点，并试图探究美国高等教育捐 赠机制的框架。 第三章：美国高等教育捐赠因素分析。本章分别从影响高教捐赠发展的文化 因素、行为动机及税收法规几方面进行分析，试图揭示诸因素与捐赠发展的关系。 具体地说，文化因素主要包括民族文化和慈善捐赠文化两方面，逐层分析了其对 美高教捐赠的影响；动机因素主要包括声望动机和经济利益动机，两者对美国高 教捐赠的发展产生了不同程度的影响。 第四章：美国高等教育捐赠基金管理与运作研究。通过哈佛大学、加州大学 捐赠基金的管理和高效运作，分析美国高等教育捐赠基金管理的一般规律和趋 势，对比我国高等教育基金发展情况，试图得出合理的建议。 第五章：美国高校捐赠对我国高校发展启示。本章从分析我国高校捐赠发展 的可能性和必要性分析入手，并对高校募款机制进行构想，同时，在全社会营造 良好的教育捐赠文化氛围，促进捐赠事业可持续发展。 关键词：捐赠； 教育捐赠；基金会；募捐机制 AbstractBeginning Abstract Beginning with the history of the donations to American higher education，the dissertation discusses the intrinsic and extrinsic factors affecting the development of the donations to American higher education，and attempts to sum up laws and characteristics about the development of donations to American higher education．Reflecting on the present situation of the development of donations to Chinese higher education，according to the comparison of some key elements，the paper deals with how Chinese university should learn from the SUCCESS of American university donation． The dissertation is divided into five chapters： Chapter 1 describes the history of the donation to American higher education．It is divided into four stages，which deal with the development of donations to each stage，and analyses the factors which make an important impact on the development of donation to American higher education through social conditions． Chapter 2 describes the present situation of donation of higher education， analyses the characteristic of the donation，and try to explore the flame of the donation mechanism． Chapter 3 proceeds with the several factors which play all important role in the development of donation．These factors mainly include culture，motivation and laws． And it will t
