中文摘要本文以应用项目的开发为背景，研究了面向税务建立管理信息 中文摘要 本文以应用项目的开发为背景，研究了面向税务建立管理信息 系统与决策支持系统的技术和方法，分析了在税务系统建立管理信 息系统来解决目前存在的问题可行性、必然性。使税务系统能够更 好地利用内部及外部的信息资源来提高管理水平和领导的科学决 策水平。 首先，以网络建设为例，探讨了税务系统广域网、局域网的技 术与方法，从管理和技术的角度，阐述了管理信息系统的安全性。 其次，分析了税务系统的组织结构、各税收业务的数据分布， 构建了基于税务应用的数据仓库，使税务系统的数据能够最大化地 共享。 最后，阐述了税务系统的决策支持系统。运用统计学、运筹学、 预测理论等知识分析了税收业务，提出了创建数学模型的方法，并 以实例利用过程理论分析了管理一般纳税人变化模型的构建方法， 利用决策支持系统预测了一般纳税人的变化曲线，提前作出了相应 的科学决策。在本文中，针对我国税收电子化，提出了一些建设性 的建议与方法。 关键词：税务管理 管理信息系统 决策支持系统数据仓库 网络 设计与安全 ABSTRACTBased ABSTRACT Based the development of application project，the thesis discusses the technology and methods establish taxation management information system(MIS) and the decision support system(DSS)，and also analyses the necessity and feasibility solve existing problems within the taxation syStems．By utilizing the external and intemal information，the taxation systems help improve the managing level and the leader’S decision-making standard． Firstly，with the illustration of network construction，the thesis discusses the technology and methods about the wide network and the local network in taxation system，and expatiates the security ofthe MIS． Secondly，the thesis analyses the structure of the taxation system and data distribution in each business sector,thus the application data warehouse Can be built and data sharing be maximized． Finally,the thesis expounds the DSS in the taxation system．With knowledge of statistics，operational research and forecast theory etc．，taxation business is analyzed and the method build mathematical model is brought forward．By examples using process theory,the construction method of ordinary taxpayers behavior change model is given．And with the DSS，ordinary taxpayers changing behavior Can be forecasted．In this way,scientific decision Can be made in advance．Also in this writing，some constructive advices mad methods about e-tax presented． Key words：taxation management，management information system(MIS)，decision support system(DSS)，data warehouse，network design and secur
