PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 13 摘 要 20世纪90年代以来，越来越多的发展中国家实行“出口导向型”发展战略和采取鼓励外商直接投资的政策，使得流向发展中国家的国际直接投资不断增加。外商直接投资对发展中国家的影响是多方面的，包括资本、技术、贸易、国际收支、经济增长、就业及物件等。本文通过对中国国际直接投资的大量流入和进出口贸易情况的现状，同时结合近几年来世界经济的发展形势、中国经济改革开放的政策变化和中国的经济发展状况，一并进行分析。来研究国际直接投资对我国进出口贸易的影响分析。这对调整我国吸引外资策略，改善和优化我国出口商品结构，提高出口商品竞争力都具有重要的现实意义。为阐述外商直接投资对我国对外贸易的影响，本文共分四部分阐述，即：研究背景、意义与文献综述，FDI与中国对外贸易发展现状与特征，FDI影响中国对外贸易发展的途径与效果，利用FDI促进中国对外贸易发展的建议。 关键词：外商直接投资，中国，对外贸易 Abstract Since the 90s of the 20th century, more and more developing countries to implement export oriented development strategy and take the policy of encouraging foreign direct investment, the flows to developing countries of international direct investment will continue to increase.
