西南交通大学硕士研究生毕业论文 西南交通大学硕士研究生毕业论文 第l页 摘要 科技传播对科技发展、社会进步具有不可低估的推动作用，但一些 消极因素的存在，使科技传播功能的实现困难重重。因此，有必要对科 技传播过程中存在的问题进行研究。 本文首先分析了科技传播的三大要素——传播者、受众、传播途径 之间的结构。在此基础上，对科技传播机理进行了分析，为后面科技传 播障碍研究作了理论上的准备。 其次，从系统论的观点出发，分析了科技传播内部三要素是如何影 响科技传播顺利推进的，也分析了政治环境、社会文化环境、经济体制 等外部因素对科技传播的制约作用，还分析了在突发公共事件面前，科 技传播体系所暴露出来的问题。 再次，在上述分析的基础上，文章尝试性地从科技传播内部问题、 外部环境制约、突发公共事件面前的缺位等方面，有针对性地给出了促 进科技传播顺利进行的对策。 最后，文章论证了在知识经济时代，科技传播体系在国家创新系统 中的地位和作用，指出了在构建国家创新系统的背景下，我国科技传播 体系存在的一些实际问题，并试图探究解决问题的具体方法，以期构建 高效率的现代科技传播体系，提升我国知识创新能力，更好地建设创新 型国家。 关键词：科技传播；科学素养；国家创新系统 西南交通大学硕士研究生毕业论文 西南交通大学硕士研究生毕业论文 第1I两 ’Abstraot Scientific and technical communication plays all important role in promoting development of technology,science and society progress．But it is difficult to realize its function for there are many negative factors． Therefore，it is necessary to study the obstacles of scientific and technical communication． First,this paper analyzed the three key factors-disseminator,audience and means．Based on this analysis，it studied the mechanism of scientific and technical communication．And this is the preparation of further study on obstacles ofscientific and technical commutation． Second，this paper analyzed how the three internal factors that affect sciemific and technical communication from system theory angle．It also analyzed how environmental factors of politics，economy and culture affect the communication髂well as the problems exposed in public emergencies． Third，based 011 the above analysis，this paper tries to present countermeasures、from scientific and technical communication its own internal aspecL restrictions of external environment aspect and problems exposed by public emergencies aspect to put forwards scientific and technical transmission． Finally,this paper demonstrated the status and role of science and technology communication system in the national innovation system under the era of knowledge economy．It figured out that there are a number of practical issues in our system of scientific communicat
