老人辅助站立及移位机系统 摘要 在现实中，有下肢运动障碍的老人占有很大比重。护理这些老人具有很大难度，特别是在床和轮椅之间的移位加大了医护人员的劳动强度。因此本课题针对下肢肌力不足老年人的需求，面向公共养老机构或家庭，开发和研制老年人使用的低成本辅助站立及移位的低成本设备，为老年人提供辅助站立、身体移位和站立康复训练的护理服务。 起坐困难是体弱的老年人必须面对的日常生活问题。起坐方式的确定、辅助站立机构的人性化设计以及安全保护是本项目需要解决的主要技术难点之一。有下肢运动障碍的老年在站立时都很缓慢，辅助站立移位机的控制系统必须保证整个设备在运行过程中的柔顺性，安全性和可靠性。因此，编写具有柔顺性、可靠性的控制算法是本项目的技术难点之二。 老年人辅助站立及移位机采用自动控制、人机工程学等先进技术。本课题研发集老年人辅助站立、位置转移以及站立康复训练于一体的高技术产品，为患有下肢活动障碍的老年人提供辅助站立以及站立训练，床和轮椅之间、卧室和浴室之间的自由移位等多种护理服务。在满足简单实用、安全可靠、轻便等要求的基础上，机械系统需要拥有保证老年人的辅助站立时平稳的提升/下降、转运等动作功能。整个控制系统应在实现基本功能的基础上，具有安全、稳定、可靠的性能，并需要考虑在断电情况下的紧急制动情况。此外，本课题仍需要研制集成的辅助站立及移位机原理样机，需要进行实验验证其功能的可靠性、安全性评估，实现产品的示范应用及定型。 我们的创新点在于：提出一种适用于老年人的辅助站立与移位为一体的助老设备，该设备具有新型、实用和低成本的特点，为老年的辅助站立和移位提出一种解决方案；但本课题的核心是辅助站立移位机的控制系统必须保证整个设备在运行过程中的柔顺性，安全性和可靠性。 关键词：辅助站立；位置转移；站立康复训练；自动控制；人机工程学。 Abstract Nowadays, the elderly with lower limb movement disorder account for a large proportion. Taking care of the elderly is great difficult, especially moving them between bed and wheelchair, which increased the labor intensity of the medical personnel. Therefore, the task of the elderly with lower limb muscle strength is demanded by public pension institutions or family. The invention and development of the low-cost equipment which can assist the elderly standing and walking are exactly what they want. Sitting difficult is the problem the elderly must face in daily life. The way they stand, auxiliary standing mechanism of humanized design and safety protection are problems that the task needs to solve. The elderly with lower limb movement disorder always stand very slow. Auxiliary standing control system must ensure that the equipment, in the process of compliance, safety and reliability. Therefore, keeping the program from accidents is one of the technical difficulties in the task.
