民工子弟学校小学生心理健康及其心理训练的研究 民工子弟学校小学生心理健康及其心理训练的研究 中文提要 民工子弟学校小学生心理健康及其心理训练的研究 中文提要 随着社会的发展、现代生活的日益复杂化，小学生越来越多地出现了心理健康问 题。很多调查和小学生的自我报告表明，小学生中不同程度地存在着社交退缩、学习 不良、考试焦虑等心理问题。民工子弟学校的小学生在随父母迁移的过程中，涉及到 角色转换、生活习惯的改变、价值观念的适应等问题，从而在心理发展上出现了某些 消极的状况。本研究就是以民工子弟学校的小学生为研究对象，用MHT和EPQ(儿 童卷)这两个量表对他们进行了心理健康状况的调查，结果发现，某些学生在自信、 人际交往、情绪情感方面均存在一定程度的问题，随后选择了一个实验班来进行了一 段时期的心理健康训练，训练主要围绕四个方面进行：自信心训练，意志力训练，情 绪情感训练，人际交往训练。训练结束后对实验班和对照班的测试发现：实验班的小 学生在情绪情感和人际交往方面得到了明显的改善。 关键词： 民工子弟学校 心理训练 作 者：钟爱萍 指导老师：黄辛隐 Abstract——R——e—s—e．a—rc．h．。o。f．．F．ro．．m．e．t．-。W。。o．rk——e—r．s——C．h．i，l—d．r．e．n—s—．M．。e，n—t—a—l—H—e—a——lt—h—a—n——d—Training Abstract— —R——e—s—e．a—rc．h．。o。f．．F．ro．．m．e．t．-。W。。o．rk——e—r．s——C．h．i，l—d．r．e．n—s—．M．。e，n—t—a—l—H—e—a——lt—h—a—n——d—Training Research of Farmer-Worker’S Children’S Mental Health and Training Abstract With the development of society and the complication of social life，more and more pupils experieneed the mental health problems．Plenty of their self-report shows that sociality，shrink，learning-badness，exaln—anxiety and other mental problems appear in different degree．Primary scholars in Farmer-worker’S Children’s elementary school experience role-conversion，habit changing，value—idea-adapting and other problems when they move with their parents．Thus some negative conditions appear in the development of their mental health．This study focuses on them，measuring their mental health with MHT and EPQ(Children Volume)，Through the test,I find that self-confidence， interpersonal．traffic，emotion problems exist in some pupils in some degree．Subsequently I select a experimental class and do series of mental health training to them．The training mainly focuses on four aspects：self-confidence training，willpower training，emotional training and interpersonal-traffm training．Aider the end of the training，l test the mental health COndition of the experimental class and comparison class．The result proves that pupils ofexperimental class make an obvious progress on emotion and interpersonal_tra
