南京航空航天大学硕士学位论文 南京航空航天大学硕士学位论文 面向塑料表面加工技术的产品设计研究 面向塑料表面加工技术的产品设计研究 摘 要 本文结合在产品设计实践过程中常遇到的冲突作了较深入的研究和分析，针对产品设计中 的选材环节作了较详尽的探讨。 本文前期主要针对产品设计中常遇到的塑料材质特性及其加工工艺进行了一定的整理，对 常用的塑料进行筛选，得到在产品设计过程中对产品塑料特性需求的一些资料，并以此作为本 文研究的基础。 本文的第二个重要内容是设计冲突的分析和探讨。产品设计与产品的功能需求、生产工艺、 成本预算等环节常常会出现不协调；产品设计中的外观设计、结构设计以及感性需求、理性满 足之间也存在彼此掣肘等问题。本文重点研究了这类在产品设计中的冲突问题，对其进行分析 和探讨。结合实际的设计工作，收集了一些设计中常见冲突的表现内容，并对其进行了一定的 分析，得出设计冲突的来源、表现形式等。 最后，本文结合产品设计中用到的塑料材质及其特性、产品设计冲突等两个方面的内容， 提出通过对塑料材质的合理选择来缓和、避免甚至解决产品设计冲突的方法，并提出产品设计 过程中的塑料选择原则。 本文主要涉及的塑料材质有 LDPE、HDPE、PP、PC、PS、ABS、PMMA、PA 等常见的塑料材质。 本文在研究过程中，将产品作为一个功能的客观载体，将其生命周期中的各个环节视作产 品的其外在组成部分，将其自身的外观、结构等视作内在要素。以外在需求与内在的要素满足 度作为产品设计选材的主要依据.并在最后以塑料的选择为手段，提出针对这些冲突问题的塑料 选择方法和应用原则。 关键词：产品设计，设计冲突，塑料选择 I II II ABSTRACT In this paper, research and analysis on design conflicts which often be met during practice have been made, discussion has been made on product design materials selection. Firstly, properties and processing technology about mainly plastics often encountered in product design were stored and filtered, and then some related informations can be obtained. So they can be used as the research basis. The second important part of this paper is analysis and discussion on design conflicts. Inconsistent appears between design and fuctions, process, and other aspects such as budget; during product design process, product research and modeling design, modeling design and structral design are often conflicting with each other. Analysis and discussion on these conflicts are made in this paper as very important parts. With the actual design work, a collection of some performance of the common design conflicts has been made, and some analysis, the source of the conflicts, their performances and form factors have been researched. Finally, combined with the two aspects mentioned, new selection method and principles of plastic materials have been proposed to ease, avoid, and even resolute the conflicts in product design.
