山东师范大学砸士学位论文摘要 山东师范大学砸士学位论文 摘要 建设民主、富强、文明的社会主义现代化强国是我国的奋斗目标。加强社会 主义民主建设，必须以全体公民民主素质的增强为基础。中学阶段是人生的关键 时期，一个人的世界观、人生观在中学阶段逐步形成。积极培养中学生的民主意 识，不仅关系到教育事业的健康发展，而且关系到民族和国家的未来。因此，研 究中学生民主意识的培养具有十分重要的意义。 全文共分四部分展开论述。 第一部分：民主与民主意识。“民主”反映的是人与人之间的关系，是人们 对自己的事情做决定的方式——自己的事情自己做主。民主的本质是“自主”。 民主不仅是政治制度，也是一种心态模式和生活方式，民主需要有坚实的道德基 础。“民主意识”是人们的民主观念，是人们对于什么是民主以及如何实现民主 的认识，包括平等意识、自出意识、宽容意识、法制意识、人道主义等内容。“中 学生民主意识”是中学生对公民民主意识的认识和反映。 第二部分：中学生民主意识培养的重要意义。加强对中学生民主意识的培养， 既是建设社会主义政治文明的需要，是优化人际关系、建设和谐社会的需要，也 是加强中学德育工作，促进人的全面发展的需要。 第三部分：当前中学生民主意识培养的缺失及成因分析。应试教育模式与民 主意识的培养相矛盾；教师缺乏民主的学生观：中学生民主意识培养的内容片面、 肤浅；中学生的民主实践能力较差；中学生的民主权利得不到有效保障。 第四部分：加强中学生民主意识培养的对策。要切实全面推进素质教育：充 实中学生民主意识教育的内容；创设民主的校风，注重学生民主意识的养成；教 师实行民主式教学；班主任用民主思想管理班级；利用好信息网络技术，培养学 生的民主意识。 关键词：民主；民主意识；中学生；民主意识培养 分类号：G633．2 山东师范大学硕二七学位论文Abstract 山东师范大学硕二七学位论文 Abstract To build a democratic，rich and civilized great power with social modernization is our goal．The basis of enhancing the construction of social democracy is to buildup the democratic consciousness of the whole citizen．The moment of the high school for person is the key period of life，and the Weltanschauung and philosophy of person is gradually formed at the stage of the high sch001．Training actively the consciousness of the students who study in hi：gh school is 110t only related to the development of education but also to the future of nation and country．Hence，it is very important to research the training of democratic consciousness of these students． The thesis is composed of four parts． The first part：democracy and democratic consciousness．Democracy reflects the relationship among persons，and is manner in which persons make the decision by themselves，and it also means the decision is made by themselves．The essence of democracy is independence．Democracy is not only kind of political system but also kind of life and mode of intention，and democracy needs the strong basis of morality Democratic consciousness is democratic concept of persons，and kind of clear cognition of all of dem
