Clear water bay resort is a famous hot spring resort in Guangzhou. It has formed a corporate culture system. Firstly, the clear water bay resort has own business objectives and enterprise development goals in the process of culture construction ? Secondly, the clear water bay resort has systematic behavior system and management system. In the practice process clear water bay has formed an unique product culture, brand culture and cultivation culture.
