中文摘要 中文摘要 马春芬教授中医药治疗不孕症学术经验总结 马春芬教授中医药治疗不孕症学术经验总结 - - PAGE 13 - - - PAGE 10 - 中文摘要 研究背景：马春芬教授是河南中医学院著名妇科专家，从事教学、科研和临 床工作三十余年，颇多建树。在运用中医药治疗妇科疾病，特别是不孕症方面积 累了丰富经验。 目的：整理研究马春芬教授妇科学术思想和治疗不孕症的经验。 方法：通过跟师随诊、实时采集病历、整理病历、查阅导师论文著作文稿、 历届研究生论文以及拜访请教老师，接受言传身授等方式收集整理资料。将收集 整理的资料进行研究，较系统地归纳了马春芬教授治疗不孕症的主要学术特点及 临证经验。 结果：整理总结为“治学经历”“学术特点”“临证经验”“医案”“附录” 等 五部分：①“治学经历”部分主要介绍了马春芬教授的生平简介及行医经历。② “学术思想”部分概括为“衷中参西，唯求一效；调经种子，分期辨治；以肾为 本，以肝为先”；③“临证经验”主要介绍了排卵功能障碍性不孕；输卵管阻塞性 不孕；子宫内膜异位；免疫性不孕等疾病的临证经验。④“医案”部分选录了马 教授治疗不孕症的部分病案。⑤“附录”部分罗列了马教授的生平简介、社会任 职、论文著作、科研奖项等方面内容。 本文就马春芬教授治疗不孕症学术经验进行了回顾和整理，力图勾勒出马教 授学术思想的整体面貌，但其丰富深厚的学术理论与临证经验尚须进一步深入整 理研究并逐步加以完善。 关键词：马春芬；学术思想；临床经验；不孕症；中医药；中西医结合 The Systemizing and Researching of Professor Ma ChunFen′ Academic Ideas and the Clinical Experience of Sterility Diseases Xu Bing（Gynecology of Traditional Chinese Medicine ） Directed by Ma ChunFen Background： Abstract Professor Ma chunfen , the illustrious expert in gynecology of Chinese traditional medicine in HeNan Province, made great contribution in his thirty-years hard work of medicine teaching, science researching and clinical practice. And he achieved a great deal of experience in the treatment of gynecology especially Sterility with the theory and method of Chinese traditional medicine. Objective： To systemize and research the academic ideas of professor Ma ChunFen in gynecology and the experience of Sterility diseases. Methods： After collecting the compositions referring to various views, we induced the main academic ideas of professor Ma ChunFen systematically by the way of putting the sporadically appeared experiences together. Results： This thesis is composed of five parts: the brief introduction of professor MaChunFen the academic ideas the discussion and treatment of special diseases , the successful clinical cases and rambling out of clinic.
