PAGE PAGE 1 摘要 20 世纪 90 年代以来，随着跨国公司的全球化扩张，国际投资发展迅速，已 超过传统的国际贸易。贸易投资一体化成为推动经济全球化的重要力量。随着 经济全球化的进一步深入发展，贸易和投资机制的完善已经成为提高国家竞争 力的决定因素。世界各国的实证分析表明，在经济全球化条件下，贸易和投资 的替代或相互竞争关系已经被逐步弱化，而贸易和投资的互补是多数国家经济 国际化的出发点。竞争优势培育为加速贸易扩张和投资增长机制的融合提供了 重要契机。 自 1979 年改革开放以来，对外贸易扩张一直是推动我国经济增长的主导力 量。与此同时，随着我国经济势力的不断增强和国内市场资本结构的变动，我 国企业走出国门进行海外直接投资正成为拉动我国经济增长的新机制。但由于 我国现阶段仍处于发展中国家，与发达国家相比，对外直接投资在国际环境、 资本输出条件及政策目标等方面有很大的不同，我国现阶段的对外直接投资战 略重点在于结合我国对外贸易的现状实现我国对外投资的结构优化。 本文在借鉴前人研究的基础上，结合外商在华投资对我国的对外直接投资 和对外贸易进行了相关分析，在借鉴日韩经验基础上，从国家和企业两个不同 层次提出一些政策方面的改进意见，以增强我国企业国际化水平，推动对外贸 易和对外直接投资协调发展，促进我国经济平稳发展。 【关键词】 贸易投资一体化 企业国际化 跨国公司 对策 Abstract Since the 1990s，with the globalized expansions of multinational corporations , the international investment has surpassed the traditional international trade.The integration of trade and investment is becoming the important force of pushing the economic globalization. With the the futher development of economic globalization, the perfection of the rade and investment mechanism became the determining factor of enhancing the national competitive power .The empirical analysis indicated that under the economic globalization condition, the trade and the investment substitution or the mutual competition relations gradually was already attenuated, but the trade and investment supplementary is the starting point of the economy internationalization of the most countries. Nurturing the competitive advantage has provided the important turning point for the acceleration and growth of of the rade and investment mechanism . Since 1979 when the reform and open policy was carried out, the foreign trade has been the leading force of promoting the growth of our economy. Meanwhile, with the strengthens of our economical influence and the change of domestic market capital structure, our enterprises go out and conduct the overseas direct investment,which is becoming the new mechanism of pushing our economic growth..
