PAGE PAGE 24 家族式企业财务管理模式的特点及其改进研究 摘 要 自企业诞生之日起，家族企业就是一种重要的企业形态。至今为止，家族企业在社会发展中始终扮演着重要角色。家族企业作为一种经济组织形式源远流长，经久不衰。在历史各个阶段中，家族企业都获得了迅猛的发展。财务管理作为现代家族企业制度管理的一个子系统，具有综合性的功能。在市场经济条件下，家族企业的兴衰成败很大程度上在于管理，财务管理是其中关键一环。 目前，我国家族企业财务管理模式仍处在有待完善的阶段。国外的先进理论在我国家族企业中的应用过程中还存在一些问题，需要结合我国家族企业的具体情况进行调整和改善。因此，建立一套适合新环境下家族企业发展的财务管理模式就非常重要。笔者试图通过本文能够填补一些新的内容。 关键词： 家族企业； 企业形态； 财务管理模式 On the family business model of financial management Abstract Since the company from the date of birth, family business is an important business forms. So far, the family business in social development has always played an important role. Family business as a form of economic organization has a long history of enduring. Various stages in history, the family businesses have gained rapid development. Financial management system as a modern family business management, a subsystem, with comprehensive features. In a market economy, the family business is to a large extent the success or failure management, financial management is one key element. At present, the financial management of family business is still in the stage to be perfect. Foreign advanced theory in the application of the process of family businesses there are still some problems require a combination of the specific situation of family businesses to adjust and improve.
