Herbert Marcuse was one of the most significant representatives of Frankford School; his theory on alienation is ruthless exposure and profound criticism of high civilization and free called by western developed industrial society. Marcuse argued that, abundant material wealth was achieved with rapid development of industrial civilization in the contemporary developed capitalist society, and people’s need to material wealth had already been satisfied; meanwhile, technological development also made peace the dissatisfaction of such unequal social system as capitalism from people, and created one-dimensional society. Consequently, it appeared a total alienation in the capitalist society: from man’s thought to social ideology, from labor to consumer fields, from science and technology to cultural circles, and even from the relation between human beings and between man and nature. On the basis of various analysis of alienation relationship, Marcuse also established the theory of Eros Liberation and Non Repressive Civilization, and attempts to put forward solutions of alienation in real society. Along with the constant development of science and technology, the Internet has already become an indispensable and important part in nowadays social life . In the network age, no one can despise the role of network. On the one hand, the Internet has the advantages of open, transparent and instant. It is one of most important channels of democratic society construction in our country, and to a great extent, undertakes the function of improvement of democratic status and realization of comprehensive supervision to the power class.
