It is paid more and more attention to this project about how to make the justice between generations in academic circles today .However, the intergenerational justice theory system demonstration is posed by John Rawls in the earliest period. This article purpose on analyzing the Rawls’ intergenerational justice theory and then discussing the possibility about achieve to the intergenerational justice. The intergenerational justice has the unique characteristic. It is different from the traditional theory of justice. It is not the same among the different definition from the ancient Greece to modern. There is no definition on what is justice that can be accepted generally. Different thinkers and philosophers have different understanding during different periods. Rawls’ intergenerational justice theory is raised in order to adapt the demand of period. It is the result of the society develops to a certain stage. Rawls pass through the limit of the space even the time in order to make a justice space for us. His intergenerational justice theory has injected new blood for the expansion of the traditional justice concept. The intergenerational justice is not the theoretical paradigm rising by adapting the demand of period, but also the reflection and expansion of traditional justice views. As a distinguished theoretical construct, the thinking of the intergenerational justice by Rawls has the source. Therefore, the in-depth researching about the philosophical basis of the Rawls’ intergenerational justice theory is the important ahead condition for understanding the idea of the theory.
