I I 摘 要 摘 要 众所周知，美国是世界上最大移民接受国。从 19 世纪 50 年代开始至今，墨西哥迁 徙到美国的移民，大体经历了四次移民高潮，如今墨西哥移民已成为当今美国最大的移 民群体。这些移民不仅影响了美国社会，还对其母国社会发展产生深远意义。虽然墨西 哥移民美国只是全球移民浪潮中的个例，但也折射出了许多关于移民的共性问题。因此， 有必要对其进行详细的探究。 本文首先分三个阶段详细的论述了美国墨西哥移民的过程，这有助于我们进一步深 入剖析墨西哥人移民美国的“推力”与“拉力”。其次，在墨西哥人进入美国后，随之 也产生了一系列错综复杂的社会问题：比如非法移民、种族歧视、异族同化、国家安全 等，尤其是非法移民问题最为突出。面对这些棘手的问题，在社会管理方面，美国政府 不得不采取一些措施，但往往收效甚微。最后，论述墨西哥移民在推动母国经济、政治 发展的同时，也对美国的经济、政治、文化、外交等方面产生了巨大影响。 关键词 美国 墨西哥移民 非法移民 协商合作 II II Abstract Abstract As we all know, the United States is the worlds largest immigrant receiving countries. Having experienced four high tide of immigration from 1850s, Mexican immigrants become the largest immigration group in the United States now. These immigrants have influenced American society, but also have far-reaching significance for their home social development. Although Mexican immigrants is only one case in the global wave of immigration, but also reflects a lot of common problems about immigration. So, it is necessary to research on the Mexican immigrants in detail. Firstly, this paper divides the process of Mexican immigrants into three stages, and discusses it carefully. Learning the process will help us to analyze the push and pull of Mexican immigrants in the United States further. Secondly, the Mexican having entered into the United States, is bringing with a series of perplexing social problems, for example, illegal immigrants, racial discrimination, ethnic assimilation, national security, especially the problem of illegal immigrants is the most prominent. Facing with these intractable problems, the United States government in social management has to take certain measures, but often with little success. Finally, the Mexican immigrants promote the development of economy, political in the home, also have a great influence on American economy, politics, culture, diplomacy etc..
