It is greatly promotes the growth of economic and the material life of people. When people are enjoying the great achievement of rapid economic development, also suffering the threat and revenge from the nature: intensification of natural disasters, rapid growth of population, severe environment contamination, imbalance of ecological system and increasingly scarce of resources. These problems has greatly damaged the earth environment, threaten the human survival and development, also to the society. Facing the increasing ecological crisis, people begin to reconsider the relationship between human and nature and pursue ways of solving the crisis through the research of Marx and Engels. It is three aspects of content in this paper through the Marxism stand, viewpoint and methodology.First,it analyses the capitalist industrialization’s reasons of the environment and the ruthlessly criticism of capitalist private ownership from the relations between industrialization and capitalism, disadvantages of industrialization, relations between industrialization and ecological environment and social relations of people. Finally, we summarize that capitalism will be replaced by socialism because of industrialization. Second, it discusses the ecological civilization thought of Marx and Engels, elaborates the germination, formation and development of Marx and Engels ecological civilization thought in detail. Third, it is combined with the actual needs of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics from the social politics, economic situation. It puts forward the countermeasures of development of the interaction between industrialization and ecological civilization construction and the countermeasures of promoting the construction of ecological civilization in China.
