This dissertation focuses on the research of green building evaluation, including construction of evaluation index system and formulation of the evaluation method. Firstly, green building is defined, the development of it is expatiated, and based on the characteristics of the green building, according to the principles of index system setup, the general evaluation index system of green building is proposed, on the basis of rough set, new method for index reduction is proposed, and primary index system is reduced, so the evaluation index system of green building is confirmed. Based on fuzzy-AHP method, evaluation model of green building is formulated, the procedure of which is also proposed, weight of the indicators is confirmed by AHP, and green building of WT is evaluated by comprehensive evaluation method with single factor or comprehensive factors, which can help decision makers know about the development of it.
