内蒙古大学硕一1j学位论文INFLUENCE 内蒙古大学硕一1j学位论文 INFLUENCE OF CUBIC ANISOSTROPY ON SPIN＼／1，AVE PROERTIES OF EXCHANGE．COUPLED HARD／SOFT MAGN ETIC BILAYER ABSTRACT Exchange—coupled hard／soft magnetic bilayer not only has high saturation magnetization of soft phase and high intrinsic coercivity force of hard phase，but also has lower magnetization field，lower magnetization reversal field and good thermal stability．Therefore，It is the ideal permanent magnetic materials in the application of magnetic recording．Exchange-coupled hard／soft magnetic bilayer as a magnetic recording medium is used for information storage and processing，It is related the magnetic dynamics characteristics of the system，but the study of magnetic dynamics model are not considered effects of uniaxial anisotropy and the cubic anisotropy,lack of detailed understanding of the theory． Thhe spin wave excitation ofot exchange couoled hard／soft magnetic b aver svstem exchange—coupled hard／soft ag bilayer has been detailed studied using the minimum energy principle，when uniaxial anisotropy and cubic anisotropy are taken into account．And through the theoretical 万方数据 内蒙古大学硕』：学位论文calculation，the 内蒙古大学硕』：学位论文 calculation，the direction of magnetization which changed along with layer index is given for different external magnetic field，soft layer thickness，the strength of interfacial exchange coupled，uniaxial anisotropy and cubic anisotropy．The results shown that：The decrease of the soft layer thickness and the external magnetic field promote its vertical magnetization；The decrease of the strength of interfacial exchange coupled to maintain the initial magnetization；The increase of uniaxial anisotropy and cubic anisotropy of hard layer promote vertical magnetization for the whole system；The vertical magnetization of the system can be promoted under certain external magnetic field conditions，when cubic anisotropy of soft layer is increased．which are in agreement with the experimental materials[Co／Pd]．NiFe bilayer． KEYWORDS：
