摘 要
装有料斗钻床的气动控制系统,其工作流程为:首先是一个水平安装的双作用气缸(1.01 A)在排气节流情况下将料斗中落下的工件推到钻头的下方,并将工件顶在固定台上夹紧。当达到要求的夹紧压力P=400Kpa时,钻头在具有液压缓冲气缸(2.0 B)的线性进给装置驱动下向前运动,并用压力调节阀设定最大的进给压力,压力设在P=500Kpa,当达到设置的攻钻深度时使进给停止,并在无节流的情况下回程。当回程运动结束,双作用气缸(1.0 A)快速回程,当回程结束,单作用气缸(3.0 C)将加工完成的成品推出。再延时一段时间t=3s后,单作用气缸迅速回程。
系统启动运行时用一个按钮开关,连续循环工作的选择使用一个定位开关。
设计总共有六大部分组成:第一部分为工艺流程的分析;第二部分为系统分析;第三部分是回路设计;第四部分是选择和计算执行元件;第五部分是控制元件的选择;第六部分是选择气动辅助元件。
本次设计的实现可以使我们熟悉钻床的工艺流程,掌握气动回路设计方法和步骤,以及控制回路的设计,培养我们对所学电气自动化专业知识的综合应用能力。
