摘要
随着经济全球化的迅猛发展,有专家预言:21世纪的市场竞争,不再是企业之间的竞争,而是供应链之间的竞争。任何企业在激烈的市场竞争中,都不可能在所有业务上成为最杰出者,必须联合行业中其它上下游企业,建立一条经济利益相连、业务相关的行业供应链,实现优势互补,充分利用一切可以利用的资源来适应社会化大生产的竞争环境,共同增强市场竞争力,实现双赢,才能获得持久发展。
由于济全球化和科技进步速度的不断加快,广大的消费者需求的多样化、个性化的发展,市场需求不确定性进一步增加,产品生命周期日益缩短。企业经营环境的种种变化使传统的企业经营方式、管理模式、竞争观念和发展战略等受到巨大的冲击,“大而全”“小·而全”的经营方式以及纵向一体化”发展战略的弊端日趋凸现。于是,以境争一合作”、奴赢一多赢’夕为核心理念的供应链便应运而生。
在信息技术的飞速发展,供应链设计新的模型工具和分析方法不断涌现.本文首先介绍了供应链的概念、分类以及研究内容;接着回顾了供应链设计定义、设计原则及其方法,同时,也对供应链设计模型及其指标进行分析。最后,针对供应链管理中设计问题进行了详细的描述,例如设计评估的两个阶段、设计分析诊断技术以及供应链的一般过程的步骤。本文末提出了基于产品的供应链设计策略分析及其步骤过程。

Abstract
With the rapid development of economic globalization, some experts predict that: the 21st century market competition, is no longer between the competition, but the supply chain competition. Any enterprise in the fierce competition in the market, are unlikely to become the most outstanding in all business, must be combined with other upstream and downstream industries, the establishment of an economic interests linked to business-related industry supply chain, to achieve complementary advantages, make full use of everything Can use the resources to adapt to the socialization of the production of a competitive environment, and jointly enhance the market competitiveness and achieve win-win situation in order to obtain lasting development.
