黄体酮个体化治疗复发性流产的疗效及 安全性 杨晓静王伟强 西电集团医院西北妇女儿童医院 摘要： 目的探究黄体酮个体化治疗复发性流产的疗效及安全性。方法选择我院2016 年1月至2017年1月收治的80例复发性流产患者，采取随机的方式将其分为对 照组和观察组，各40例。对照组患者采取常规治疗，观察组患者采用黄体酮个 体化治疗，对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组患者黄体酮用量、注射天数均少于 对照组(P0.05);流产率、早产率、围生儿不良结局(死亡或患病)发生率均 略低于对照组(P0. 05);治疗后6、8、10周末的孕酮水平显著高于对照组 (P0. 05)。观察组患者的APTT、血小板计数及纤维原蛋白水平明显优于对照组 (P0. 05) o结论采取黄体酮个体化治疗复发性流产，能够降低围生儿死亡率， 并减少黄体酮用量，安全性较高，值得应用。 关键词： 黄体酮;复发性流产;纤维原蛋口; 作者简介：杨晓静(1973-)，女，汉族，陕西咸阳人，主治医师，学士。研究 方向:妇产科。 作者简介：王伟强，E-mail:wwwwqql997@163. com. Methods From January 2016 to January 2017, 80 patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group accepted routine treatment, and the observation group accepted progesterone individualized treatment, the treatment effects were compared between the two groups. Results The dosage of progesterone and injection days in the observation group were less than those in the control group (P0. 05) ; the incidence rates of abortion, prematurc delivery and perinatal adverse outcomes (death or illness) were slightly lower than those in the control group (P〉0? 05) ; the levels of progesterone at the end of 6, 10 weeks after treatment were higher than those in the control group (P〈0. 05) ? The APTT, platelet count and fibrin level of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P0. 05) . Conclusion The individualized treatment of progesterone in recurrent spontaneous abortion can reduce perinatal mortal i ty, and reduce the dosage of progesterone, with high safety, which is worthy of application.
